Bless all the dear children: Laura and Almanzo's baby is kidnapped during the Christmas season. The family finds her with a woman who was longing to have a child of her own. They try to help her find a child at an orphanage.
The last farewell: Walnut Grove is being purchased by an evil miner, so all the townsfolk take up arms against a sea of troubles. But, when ordered by law to evacuate, they exact a more spectacular method of geffing even.
